These Official Rules govern the Ben Bridge Jeweler Northwest Nationals Watch Giveaway  (the “Promotion”) sponsored by Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc., P.O. Box 1908, Seattle, WA 98111 (“Sponsor”). Participation in the Promotion is also governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (the “Sponsor Privacy Policy”), available at https://www.benbridge.com/privacy-policy.html, which is hereby incorporated in its entirety into these Official Rules by reference.

ELIGIBILITY: Only open to legal United States residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Pacific Raceways, the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Promotion or receive a prize.  The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.  NHRA, Pacific Raceways, and and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “NHRA Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or any prize awarded. The NHRA Entities have not offered or sponsored the Promotion in any way.

HOW TO ENTER: Entry forms must be submitted in person to Ben Bridge Jeweler during the NHRA Northwest Nationals event on Friday, July 19, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person.  By submitting an entry form, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Upon submitting an entry form, a person will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.  Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Promotion, including information on entrants obtained through the Promotion, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION, FINALS EVENT, AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Up to sixteen (16) entry forms will be randomly chosen from among all eligible entries received (each, a “Selectee”); the number of Selectees will be equivalent to the number of Top Fuel Qualifiers, and each confirmed Selectee with be paired with a Top Fuel Qualifier driver. Selectees must be present at the drawing on Friday, July 19, 2024. The Selectees will be announced at the NHRA Northwest Nationals event on Friday, July 19, 2024. If a Selectee does not respond within fifteen (15) minutes of announcement or is otherwise deemed ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or declines their status as a Selectee, such Selectee will forfeit his or her status and an alternate Selectee may be selected based on a random selection.

The confirmed Selectee paired with the Friday Q2 low qualifier will be the “Winner.” Winner must be present to win. The Winner will be given a ticket to attend Sunday’s race (July 21, 2024) to receive their prize at the Pre-Race Ceremony.  Winner must be present to receive their prize.

If any Selectee or Winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or declines their status as a Selectee or Winner for any reason, such Selectee or Winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.  Sponsor reserves the right to proceed with fewer than sixteen (16) Selectees for any reason. Should any of the NHRA Northwest National races or events July 19, 20 and 21, 2024 be cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: Winner will receive a Tag Heuer® wristwatch with an approximate retail value of $1950.00 (“prize”). Prize has no cash value and may not be returned for cash or exchanged for other merchandise. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prize (in whole or in part) is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize pictured or mentioned in advertising or Promotion materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.  Winner must comply with all applicable Promotion and venue rules and regulations, or their status as a Winner or any rights to the prize may be forfeited.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.  Sponsor will require Winner to complete a W-9 form prior to being given the prize; Sponsor reserves the right to require additional forms for eligibility, tax and/or other legal purposes. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 after receipt of the prize for the actual retail value of the prize.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize or race event in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

GENERAL:  Acceptance of status as a Selectee or Winner of a prize constitutes the Selectee’s and/or Winner’s irrevocable permission and rights for the Promotion Entities, and their respective designees to use Selectee and/or Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.  Participants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
